This event takes place on both September 28, 2021 and September 29, 2021 from 11:30 am ET - 2:00 pm ET via Zoom. Each day will be two hours in length plus an additional thirty minutes of optional networking time. Please make sure you place both dates on your calendar entry.
Leadership Day is typically a learning and sharing experience for volunteer leaders and executives from estate planning councils within the same geographic region or those who have gathered together at the annual conference; this year we are again offering the conference virtually. Your council will benefit from interacting with others from across the country who share a single mission: helping their council thrive!
Leadership Day conferences are open to all estate planning councils and every council is encouraged to send multiple officers and the council executive / administrator.
During our time together we’ll cover ideas, strategies, and initiatives related to member engagement, the board and committee structure, membership qualifications, programming, sponsorship programs, diversity – equity – inclusion, onboarding new members, and other subjects that you tell us are important.
Sample Daily Agenda:
- Several Topic-Based Breakout Sessions Chosen with Attendee Input
- Getting to Know Other Volunteer Leaders
- Review of NAEPC Benefits, Program and Services
- Making the Connection for Your Members / Increasing Your Council’s Value Proposition
- Tutorial of www.NAEPC.org
- Open Discussion and Dialogue Surrounding Best Practices
Please answer all of the questions requested during registration; your input allows us to create an agenda that ensures your commitment of time will be valuable.
