After four decades of introducing, creating, and delivering family legacy services at State Street Global Advisors, BNY Mellon, and Wilmington Trust, Tom co-founded GenLeg Co., Inc. In this capacity, he has worked with over 270 families facilitating family meetings and creating within those families a shared legacy vision and plan, transparent family trust and communication, a combined "familiness" culture and entrepreneurial mindset, a philanthropic vision, and next generation development.
