Stephen McDaniel, JD, EPLS, AEP® (Distinguished) is senior partner with Williams McDaniel, PLLC in Memphis. His practice focuses on estate, charitable and business continuation planning, and probate and trust administration.\n \nMr. McDaniel was one of the first attorneys in Tennessee to be awarded the Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS) certification, a national board certification which is accredited by the American Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and was inducted into the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame® in 2020. He is also a member of the Memphis Estate Planning Council, Memphis Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association\n \nMr. McDaniel was named as one of the top 100 estate planning attorneys in the country by Worth Magazine and he is included in the current edition of the Best Lawyers in America.
