They have accumulated substantial personal wealth and a business worth $8 million. They now have two grandchildren with another one on the way; the oldest one has special needs. They've come to you to ask, "how do we exit Walters Dispensaries LLC (formerly SWIRL & GO Frozen Yogurt Shops) so that we can enjoy an active retirement with lots of travel and charitable giving while at the same time providing a financial inheritance that meets our children's individual needs?"\n \nThis session will include small, multi-disciplinary breakout sessions during which attendees will use their knowlege and problem-solving skills to address key questions related to the fact patttern like:\n Who is your client?
