DESCRIPTION:\nTHIS EVENT TAKES PLACE FROM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT \nLogin is not required to register.  Click "Register Now" below to get started.\n \n\n Join us in the "Windy City" for the final Regional Leadership Conference of 2026, made extra special by the Annual Awards Ceremony.  \n \nThis event is conveniently located in the central part of the country and close to O'Hare airport to allow for people from across the country to attend.  While most attendees will be from the area nearest the conference, regional programs are open to all estate planning councils and participation from those outside the immediate area is invited and encouraged. \n \nRegional Leadership Day is an opportunity for estate planning councils within the same region to come together to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas.\n \nWho Should Attend?\n Volunteer Leaders Staff Executives Committee Members on a Leadership Track \nThe program will include an overview of NAEPC programs and services, with a primary emphasis on interactive sharing sessions centered on the topics you have told us are most important to your council like membership growth and retention, social media and AI, creating a welcoming member experience, sponsorship development, operational challenges, leading effective meetings, and crafting compelling event promotions.  Discussion topics will be planned using input provided by attendees at registration.\n \nAttendees will leave with fresh insights, practical strategies, and actionable ideas to bring back to their local councils.\n \nThere is no registration fee.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided.\n \nAnnual Awards Ceremony\n The event concludes with the association's annual awards ceremony at which the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame® entrants, those being honored with the Hartman Axley Lifetime Service and Robert E. Fox Volunteer Service awards, and all councils receiving awards will be celebrated.  The ceremony will take place during the reception that is scheduled from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm.\n \n\n \nOvernight Accommodations\n \nA block of rooms is avaialble at the Renaissance Suites Chicago O'Hare for those who are flying in or who need to arrive the day prior.  The room rate is $169 plus applicable taxes and fees.  Reservations can be made by calling 800-228-9290 and letting the reservationist know you are attending the NAEPC Regional Leadership Day & Annual Awards Ceremony or by using the [online booking link](https://app.marriott.com/reslink?id=1775153214207&key=GRP&app=resvlink).  Reservations must be made on or before September 18, 2026.\n ------\n\nRegistration is requested by Friday, October 30, 2026.  Those who register and are unable to attend are asked to cancel via email to eleanor@naepc.org on or before Friday, October 30, 2026.\n \n \n
