Membership growth and retention is one of the most important facets of the management of a membership association.
During our hour together we will:
- Briefly explore ideas related to welcoming new members and address why a warmly-welcomed new member is so important to retention
- Discuss recruitment campaigns and how they can be tailored to younger membership prospects
- Outline strategies for following up with unpaid members or those who may have lapsed
- Dig into the “happy member” concept and discuss why these individuals are more likely to remain members
