We've heard it said that it takes less resources to keep an employee than it does to train a new hire and the same can be said for membership associations.  Member retention is the key to stability and unlimately a foundational element of continued growth.  Attend this event to address:

  • Ensuring your council's more seasoned members stay active and engaged and why this is important
  • Strategies for following up with unpaid members 
  • The “happy member” concept and why meeting members where they are contributes to retention 
  • The importance of making sure your members feel heard and how to accomplish this goal

We'll also spend a good portion of the event in a workshop-like breakout sessions with councils of like-size so you can dig in to what works (and doesn't) for your specific size.
