It can certainly be argued that membership is the most important part of any association. After all, we can't exist without members! This 60-minute session will offer a deep dive into membership topics like:
- Your council's membership philosophy / managing expectations
- Ideas related to welcoming new members and why a warmly-welcomed new member is so important to retention
- Recruitment campaigns and how they can be tailored to younger prospects
- Ensuring your council's more seasoned members stay active and engaged and why this is important
- Strategies for following up with unpaid members or those who may have lapsed
- The “happy member” concept and why meeting members where they are contributes to retention and growth
- The importance of making sure your members feel heard and how to accomplish this goal
