Join us in the "City of Brotherly Love" for the second Regional Leadership Conference of 2026.
Convienently located in Terminal B at the Philadelphia airport, this event provides the perfect opportunity for those who wish to fly in for the event. While most attendees will be from the area nearest the conference, regional programs are open to all estate planning councils and participation from those outside the immediate area is invited and encouraged.
Regional Leadership Day is an opportunity for estate planning councils within the same region to come together to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas.

The program will include an overview of NAEPC programs and services, with a primary emphasis on interactive sharing sessions centered on the topics you have told us are most important to your council like membership growth and retention, social media and AI, creating a welcoming member experience, sponsorship development, operational challenges, leading effective meetings, and crafting compelling event promotions. Discussion topics will be planned using input provided by attendees at registration.
Attendees will leave with fresh insights, practical strategies, and actionable ideas to bring back to their local councils.
There is no registration fee. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Overnight Accommodations
A block of rooms is avaialble at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott for those who are flying in or who must arrive a night early. The room rate is $199 plus applicable taxes and fees. Reservations should be made by July 31, 2026 and can be made HERE.
Registration is requested by Friday, August 14, 2026. Those who register and are unable to attend are asked to cancel via email to eleanor@naepc.org on or before Friday, August 14, 2026.
