Each year, councils have questions about the application process and how to position themselves for recognition as a Council of Excellence, 5 Star Council, or Emerging Council. While there is no guaranteed formula for earning these distinctions, this session will provide practical guidance, valuable insights, and proven best practices to help you prepare a strong application.
Members of the Council of Excellence selection committee leadership will walk participants through the application, discuss what reviewers look for (and what they do not), and introduce updates to the second 2026 application, which will be unveiled during this session. A recording will be available after the event and will be posted HERE.
